    • Please be reminded that all TONE GROUP Starter Packs (Tone Excel or Tone Plus) have a ceiling price of *RM98.60 per pack (inclusive of 6% GST).
    • The sale of TONE GROUP’s Starter Packs above this pricing is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Action will be taken if any party is found going against this.
  2. SIM Replacement
    Please be advised, when performing a SIM replacement, You are required to immediately activate the members new SIM card in any of the following manner;
    • Make a call.
    • Send SMS.
    • Perform reload.
      Failure to do so may or may not affect incentive pay out.

Please be informed, TONE GROUP has updated its official office signage design to complement our new SIM card designs. You can download artwork files from the respective sites from the following URL link:

http://www.tonegroup.net/downloads

To standardise TONE GROUP’s branding, all NEW Physical Branches or otherwise are required to use ONLY the approved official artworks and no other. If an unapproved artwork is used on your signage, you will not be entitled to the benefits normally enjoyed by a Physical Branch and Service Center.

Any work to rectify unapproved signage will be at your own expense and whatever costs incurred during production will totally be borne by the premise owner.

 

IMPORTANT: Please do send in a mock visual of your Branch premise with approved artwork for confirmation and approval from management PRIOR TO PRODUCTION.

Effective 1st August 2016, existing members of Tone Excel are not allowed to join the Tone Plus program and existing members of Tone Plus are not allowed to join the Tone Excel program. This does not affect members who already members of both programs prior to 1st August 2016.

Members who wish to join another program, are only allowed to do so if their existing account is expired for a minimum of 3 months. Members can also write in officially to hq.care@tonegroup.net to obtain SPECIAL approval, with a 1 month cooling off period. Terms & Conditions apply.

Please be informed that as of the 15th of April 2016, TONE GROUP’s membership with Lembaga Pelindung dan Kebajikan Pengguna Malaysia (LPKPM) has officially ended. Members are to immediately stop using LPKPM’s logo in all new merchandise and communication material in print, digital media and in all other forms. Below is a visual of said LPKPM logo.

To avoid any unnecessary expenses and wastage please ensure that all planned production files do not contain LPKPM’s logo before it is produced. All new communication material containing said logo will not be approved by management. We hope to receive your utmost cooperation in this matter. Thank you.

As informed during the recent Branch Meeting held on the 1st April 2016, kindly be reminded that as of 1st May 2016, the price revision on the purchase of replacement SIM cards for both 3G and 4G will take effect. The revision is as follows :

- 3G SIM replacement is revised to RM6 per card. Add 6% GST = RM6.60.

- 4G SIM replacement is revised to RM8 per card. Adding 6% GST = RM8.60.

Selling price of 3G & 4G Replacement SIM to members shall remain at RM10 + 6% GST = RM10.60.

With effect from 1st December 2015, ALL SIM cards purchased for Branch upgrade MUST strictly adhere to the following additional terms & conditions:-

 

  1. All SIM cards purchased for Branch Upgrade must NOT be registered and/or activated before submission and acceptance of Branch Application by the Head Office;
  2. ALL Branch Agreements given out will be recorded and must be submitted within two (2) weeks of purchase of the SIM cards. Failure to do so may result in your Branch Application being rejected or member would be required to purchase a new range of SIM cards.
  3. SIM cards used for the purposes of upgrade may not be re-used for future upgrades regardless of whether it remains un-activated, unless it is used to upgrade acoounts of levels below e.g. SIM purchased for Branch upgrade can later be used to upgrade Service Center or Junior Center
  4. All Branch upgrades with purchase of 1,500 SIM cards musty also fulfil the minimum requirement of monthly commission of RM1,500 in order for the account to be upgraded and not any other accounts or a combination of accounts under the member.

With effect from 20 January 2016, all Tone Excel and Tone Plus members who wish to upgrade status under a new Sponsor are required to submit a written declaration to Tone Group HQ through regular communication channels. Any upgrade with other referral names prior to obtaining approval from HQ will be rejected.

Effective 20 January 2016, all Point of Sales Materials (POSM) produced by members for marketing purposes or in reference of Tone Group and its programmes require prior written approval from Tone Group HQ before it is produced or published.

Point of Sales Materials include:

  • Flyers, brochures
  • Posters
  • Stickers
  • Buntings, banners
  • Web banners (website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
  • Signboard
  • Shop signage
  • Merchandise (T-shirt, cap, lanyard, etc.)
  • Print media ads

This is to inform that the planned collaboration between Tone Group and AirAsia Berhad did not materialise. All information pertaining to this collaboration cannot be used in any official or non-official Tone Group communications. If this has already been done kindly cease and desist from using it any further.

Information that is not to be used includes:

  • Red Carpet treatment for Tone Group members
  • Special check-in counter
  • Free add-ons for AirAsia flights (luggage, hot seat, meal)

However, all benefits of AirAsia which are offered by Tune Talk to all Tone Group members still apply. Members are allowed to mention these benefits that are offered by Tune Talk for marketing purposes.

To usher in the New Year, with effect from 17 January 2016 till 31 January 2016, SIM card prices will be revised according to the following schedule:

All starter SIM purchases of 10 and above will receive a rebate of RM3.00 on top of existing discounts & rebates.

Note: This price promotion does not include purchase of SIM card as SIM replacement. Following this, effective 1 February 2016, all SIM card purchase prices will be subject to a RM3 hike i.e. RM93 + GST, as a result of increasing cost, which to date, has been borne by the company.
